It's All Mental | episode 8 | The Jordan Legacy - Steve's loss of his son to suicide
In this episode, Adam, Chief Executive at Everyturn, talks to Jayne Walsham, who tragically lost her daughter, Jodi, to suicide in 2021.
Jodi was a very creative person. She sang, she danced, she could draw. That’s who Jodie was, she was very empathic. She felt other people’s pain – she did.
Following this, Jayne has become an advocate for suicide awareness and became Project Lead for Newcastle at Baton of Hope, a charity working towards ensuring a zero-suicide society.
You can find out more about Baton of Hope by visiting batonofhopeuk.org
An enormous thank you to Jayne for shining a light on the story of her daughter, Jodi, and sharing her own experience as a loved one who has lost someone to suicide.
