We’re really pleased to announce that Dr. Janis Smith, who was the Chair of the Board at Streetwise, will be joining Everyturn as a Trustee!
Her experience and insight will be so valuable, and we’re really excited to work together as our two Organisations become one.
On top of her Trustee role, Janis was also a Consultant Psychologist working within the NHS and Third Sector. She was a Lead Consultant for the Children and Young People’s Inpatient Services within the NHS, and has an impressive 35 plus years of experience working in Mental Health Services in the NHS Alongside this, she also has over 30 years of experience providing training to the NHS, Teesside University, and Newcastle University.
Janis has actively developed and delivered lots of projects that focus on initiating and driving improvement and access to Mental Health Services – especially focusing on an Early Intervention Model.
