We were delighted to hear our Sophie Melvin over the airwaves, being interviewed by BBC Radio Nottingham!
Sophie is a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner in our East Midlands team, which delivers free talking therapies & counselling in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, and Mid Notts.
In the interview, Sophie explains how we are continuing to support people throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. She also discusses common struggles with self-isolation and loneliness, concerns about job security, loss of purpose and routine, and sadly losing loved ones to COVID-19.
She emphasises that there is no ‘right or wrong’ way to react to our current challenging circumstances. No one should feel they have to struggle on alone – we’re here to help.
