This week we are celebrating Mental Health Awareness Week — another great opportunity to talk about our mental health with family, friends, and colleagues! This year’s theme is ‘Stress: are we coping’?
Stress is a feeling we can all identify with, as being under pressure from time to time is a natural part of life. However, prolonged stress can begin to interfere with our day-to-day life and can lead to common mental health issues such as anxiety or depression.
If you are feeling overwhelmed and finding it hard to cope, talking therapies can really help.
