This year, the run will be held on Sunday 11 September and will once again include the original city-to-sea route, finishing along the iconic South Shields front.
Our charity places will be open to our colleagues and members of the public to apply for. If you would like to take part (at whatever pace suits you!), please complete the sign-up form below by 1 April.
Our places are usually oversubscribed, so we expect to draw names at random. We’ll announce our chosen runners on 4 April 2022 and get in touch with an information pack.
We’re asking our runners commit to fundraising at least £350 for Everyturn Mental Health, to help us to provide life-changing mental health support to people in the North East.
