At the UK’s Best Workplaces™ Awards in London, it was announced that Everyturn Mental Health ranked #70 out of 105 large companies that were independently assessed.
We’re proud to achieve our position in the large category, recognising the work we’re doing to create a great experience for our colleagues. The process behind Great Place To Work®
To compile the UK’s Best Workplaces™ List, Great Place To Work® analysed confidential employee survey feedback on trust and reaching their full human potential, as well as employees’ experiences of innovation, company values, and leadership effectiveness across departments and seniority levels.
Great Place To Work® then used these data insights to benchmark the effectiveness of companies’ employee value propositions against the culture their employees actually experience. Only those companues who achieve the highest scores after evaluation receive Best Workplaces™ status.
