The webinars are informal, friendly sessions to give you coping strategies to improve how you feel. All you need is a device that can access the internet.
The webinars are not group therapy; you will not be asked to share your personal experiences with others. Some people use these sessions to listen, but you can also choose to contribute with any comments or questions through the user-friendly chat box.
