If you aren’t living in Newcastle or Northumberland but would still like to access support through the Shout service, you can text SHOUT to 85258.
We deliver this service in partnership with Shout Crisis text line, providing people living in Newcastle and Northumberland with access to text-based mental health crisis support.
We’re really proud to be working in partnership to offer another route to access crisis support for people in Newcastle and Northumberland.
