This is why our dementia care services are designed to provide specialised support and compassion for people living with dementia, as well as their families. Our caring teams have the expertise and understanding to provide personalised care that meets the unique needs of each person. With our services, we’re here to make a positive difference in the lives of the people we support, from initial assessment to offering support to carers for challenging behaviour.
We know there is no ‘one size fits all’, so we work closely with each person and family to make sure everyone’s needs are met. We offer a variety of services, each allowing for a person-centred approach.
Our dementia assessment is designed to keep patients as calm as possible, while our care services all have the main focus of getting to know the person as well as we can.

Refer someone to us
We provide nursing care for older people with complex dementia or mental health conditions, whose care needs cannot be met in less intensive services.
To do this, we employ specialist mental health nurses with expertise in dementia care and supportive rehabilitation to lead these services. We take pride in our colleagues, who deliver person-centred care to the highest standards.
People using our service have complex needs and require ongoing, skilled nursing care provided in small, domestically-equipped environments. We have a focus on ordinary needs as well as mental health and medical needs.
