We’re reinvesting in our services through our £20,000 Innovation Fund, to make improvements to our services, increase our reach, and touch even more lives.
These creative innovations will make a real difference to the people we support – and will help us to achieve the aims of our ‘Shaping our Future’ strategy.
The Innovation Fund could be used for something like buying equipment for a gardening group in our 24-hour services, days out for our supported housing tenants, specialist training to help us reach new communities, or portable ‘therapy room’ kits for our IAPT clinicians to use in community venues. The possibilities are endless!
We know that there are all kinds of creative ideas across our services, as well as expertise in what would improve the lives of our service users. So, we’re inviting our colleagues to submit their own ideas and apply for the fund to support projects that they feel will make a difference.
Once submitted, our Colleague Forum will discuss all of the ideas and decide which will receive the funding across the year.
We can’t wait to see the huge impact this fund will make!
